What the app is
A tool to record the defects of a home you received, keep the legal warranty dates and send the builder or seller a written claim.
General information
The dates and checks are general information with their official sources, not legal advice. The builder or seller answers each claim and decides on each repair.
Your claim
You choose what goes in it and send it from your own apps. Read the letter before sending it and keep proof that it was received.
The builder
The app is published by INVERSIONES ARISTIZABAL ESCOBERO S.A.S.. A claim about a home built or sold by another company goes to that company.
The tools on this site
They work in your browser on what you type and keep nothing when you leave the page.
Your data
Your home, defects, photos and claims stay on your phone. A claim carries only what the privacy policy describes (Ley 1581 de 2012).
